These terms apply to anara-health.com and to anything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide things.

1. Who we are

Anara Health, trading as Anara. The only way to reach us is support@anara-health.com, and a person reads it.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and shipping to an address in the United States. You confirm the information you give us at checkout is accurate.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include any tax that applies. Shipping is free. The price on the page is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and packaging can vary slightly between batches and between screens.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be shipped to, or where a price was listed in obvious error. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

5. Shipping and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. In short: free US shipping, and a 90-day money-back guarantee on every size.

6. What this product is, and what it is not

Anara Peptide Hair Growth Serum is a cosmetic product for external use on the scalp. It is not a drug and it is not a medical device. It has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Hair loss can have many causes, some of which need a doctor. If you are on a GLP-1 medication, pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other medication, or have a scalp condition, talk to your doctor or dermatologist before starting anything new — including this.

Individual results vary. Read the full ingredient list before use and stop if you have a reaction.

7. Your account

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account.

8. Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you give us permission to publish it and use it in our marketing, with your first name and last initial. You keep ownership of it. Do not send us anything that is not yours to send. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, false or unlawful, but we do not remove reviews just for being critical.

9. Our content

The text, photography, logo and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
