Track Your Order

Every Anara order ships tracked with USPS. Here is how to follow it to your door.

    Your tracking number arrives by email

    Orders ship within 48 hours. The moment USPS scans your parcel, we email you a tracking number. If it has not shown up, check your spam folder first.

    Copy the number from that email

    It is the long number in your shipping confirmation. Copy it exactly as written.

    Paste it on the USPS tracking page

    The button below opens USPS in a new tab. Paste your number there and you will see exactly where your parcel is. Most orders arrive 2 to 4 days after they ship.

Something not right?

No tracking email 48 hours after your order confirmation? Check spam, then email support@anara-health.com with your order number and the email you ordered with. That is all we need to find you.

Parcel stuck or showing delivered when it is not? Email us and we will chase USPS for you. You should not have to fight the courier yourself.
